— the challenge

A great product.
An unpredictable pipeline.

Arkto Campers builds premium, durable, Canadian-made overland trailers — positioned firmly against the wood-frame, mass-market trailers that dominate the category. The product is genuinely differentiated: technical-grade construction, no wood, built for people who take their rigs seriously.

But great products don't sell themselves in a category this considered. The business problem wasn't product quality — it was predictability. Leads were inconsistent. Most of the manual follow-up and nurturing fell on the founder personally, which doesn't scale. The newer C10 model had far less awareness than the flagship G12. And there was no real trust-building funnel guiding a buyer from "interested" to "ready to put down a deposit" on a five-figure purchase.

On top of that, the existing ad activity was running without funnel structure — ads were live, but nothing was feeding the full top-to-middle-to-bottom journey. Cold traffic was being shown the same message as warm, ready-to-buy prospects, with no system retargeting or nurturing people through the long consideration window this purchase demands.

01

Inconsistent lead flow

No system generating predictable, qualified leads month over month.

02

No real ad funnel

Ads existed, but with no structure connecting top, middle, and bottom of funnel.

03

Founder-dependent follow-up

Manual lead nurturing relied entirely on the founder's personal time and attention.

— Brand & market strategy

Defining what Arkto Campers
actually is.

Before any funnel or campaign work could happen, the brand's positioning needed to be made explicit. I analyzed Arkto's place in the overland trailer market — audience, competitive landscape, true differentiators, and where the real growth opportunity sat.

The result was a clear positioning statement: Arkto is a premium, durable, direct-to-consumer, Canadian-built overland trailer brand — defined by a "no wood," technical-quality construction advantage that most competitors in this price range simply can't claim. This became the throughline for every recommendation that followed.

— Audience & buyer psychology

Meet the
Educated Explorer

A five-figure trailer purchase is never an impulse buy. We developed a buyer persona — the Educated Explorer — to anchor every messaging and funnel decision in how this specific buyer actually thinks and behaves.

Man in Green

The Educated Explorer

Primary buyer persona — Arkto Campers

Spends weeks or months comparing builds, specs, and reviews before reaching out. Needs technical proof, not just lifestyle imagery. Trusts other owners and detailed documentation more than ad copy. Will not be rushed — but once convinced, becomes a high-intent, high-value buyer who's ready to act.

Key Insight

"Buyers are not impulse shoppers. They research for months and need trust, technical proof, and reassurance before committing to a five-figure purchase."

— Marketing challenge diagnosis

Naming the real
problem.

With positioning, competitive landscape, and buyer psychology mapped, the core marketing problem became clear — it wasn't a creative problem, it was a systems problem.

No consistent qualified lead flow — growth depended on unpredictable spikes rather than a repeatable engine.

An incomplete ad funnel — ads were running, but with no structure feeding top, middle, and bottom of funnel, so cold and warm audiences saw the same message.

Manual lead nurturing on the founder — every follow-up relied on one person personally, capping how much the business could scale

Weak C10 awareness — the newer model needed its own proof points and visibility, not just a halo from the G12

No trust-building funnel — nothing systematically walked a skeptical, research-heavy buyer from first click to deposit.

— Building the full-funnel ad system

From scattered ads to
a real funnel.

The studio rebuilt the ad strategy from the ground up — structuring campaigns so cold, warm, and hot audiences each saw the right message at the right stage, instead of one generic ad running to everyone. This is the work that turned "we run some ads" into an actual acquisition system.

— Website redesign

A site built to
do the convincing.

The studio played an integral role in Arkto's full website redesign — working alongside the brand and web developer to turn the site from a static product listing into a conversion-focused asset built for a buyer who needs proof before they'll reach out. Clearer product storytelling, stronger technical detail, and a structure built to support the funnel work running above it.

— Email marketing

Nurturing leads
without the founder doing it manually.

The studio built out Arkto's email marketing — sequences designed to keep a long-consideration buyer warm over weeks or months without requiring a personal follow-up from the founder every time. This directly addressed the founder-dependency problem identified in the diagnosis phase.

— the result

A road map built
for 2026.

The deliverable wasn't just a set of recommendations — it was a strategic roadmap built to reduce the founder's day-to-day workload, improve the quality of leads coming into the business, and directly support Arkto's 2026 sales goal.

This wasn't a single deliverable — it was an ongoing studio engagement spanning strategy, paid media, website, email, and on-the-ground brand presence. For a manufacturing or D2C brand selling a high-consideration product, this is what it looks like to have one studio thinking about the whole system instead of patching together specialists who never talk to each other.

Wild Flour Bakery is a small-batch artisan bakery specializing in handcrafted sourdough and rustic pastries. For this project, the goal was to create a warm, tactile brand identity that felt nostalgic yet fresh — rooted in the tradition of slow, mindful baking. We developed a full visual system including a hand-drawn logo, secondary mark, and packaging graphics inspired by vintage recipe cards, botanical flourishes, and earthy textures. The brand’s personality leans into a sense of homegrown charm with a touch of quiet elegance.

The visual identity features a soft, neutral palette — cream, warm brown, herb green, and wheat gold — paired with serif and sans-serif typography for a balanced, rustic-modern tone. We designed seamless illustrations of bakery elements like bread, wheat stalks, and whisks, which were used across packaging, patterns, and brand collateral. A fully illustrated, single-page menu was created alongside custom stickers, stamps, and signage, all aligned with the hand-drawn look. Social media templates carried the identity across digital channels with launch countdowns, product features, and ingredient spotlights.

The final delivery included a full logo suite, print-ready menu and label designs, a digital launch kit, and a brand guide outlining color usage, type, and illustration treatments. Wild Flour launched with a cohesive, personality-rich identity that could be adapted across both physical and digital touchpoints. The result is a bakery brand that feels not only crafted—but deeply cared for, just like the bread it sells.
